Helping Hands Mission in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, is going to start a new venture named Dr. William Carey Bible Training Centre. Here you can get the teachings of our Lord Christ and get to know all the proverbs of him. The objective of this centre is to create awareness about our religion and to provide knowledge and to extend basic non-formal theological training. We provide the concept and curriculum for a reproducible pastor training program.
Although the root of spiritual education in India in ancient times, but the foundation of modern education, it is an undeniable fact that Christian Ministers have brought it. Barthlomas first launches paper factory in India in 1715 at Tamilnadu and printed the first translated Tamil Bible of New Testament. He also laid the foundation of education for the first time in India, to improve school’s education. Thus a new education wind blows. Indian subjects and Bible education in local languages spread throughout India.
After them Dr. William in India created a new history by printing over 2 lakh books in almost 40 languages. Inspired by them the British began to teach English education. 1813 charter Act allows Christian Ministers to teach Village education, health and social.
Today, the Helping Hand Mission accompanied Barthlomas jingblag and William, the foundation of the Sir William CareyTraining Center under the inspiration of many Christian Ministers.
Everybody desire to do a good deed so that their names to be remembered even after their death. But one’s duty towards the needy and the helpless must be done now when there is a need.
